Ja our legs don't seem to be right.  If you have a dog
or cat, look at her back legs.  She walks like we would
if we were on the balls of our feet.  What looks like
a backwards knee on her is actually analogous to our
heel, and that which is analogous to our knee is way
up close to her hip.  That looks like a better design.  
Wonder if we could modify ourselves to better protect
our legs that way.  Mechanical and structural engineers
can see why the dog's leg is better than the ape's.
