A sort of 'Newspeak' (in Orwell's 1984).
Words mean the opposite of what they 
appear to mean, or have a meaning when
applied to friends and the opposite
meaning when applied to enemies.

But for sure there are examples in
Europe. In Italy we use "dritto"
[straight, honest] to mean the opposite
[artful, rogue, ...].
