You can call it whatever you like, it has nothing to do with the situation 
that was proposed in this discussion, which was the early discovery (or so 
I assume) of pregnancy in a 14-year-old. There is indeed a vulnerable child 
in this story; the child is the unfortunate girl who was raped.
