Well I assume you've already read Michael Porter's books on 
Competitive Advantage and Competitive Strategy. 

I get my vitamins in the form of meat, dairy, fruit and veg from
my local supermarket.   

What vitamins are you selling?  Do you *really* *really* believe
in your product?
