Private ownership and use of biotech gear looks unlikely to be.

Now, positive steps to take to get it legalized, I'll leave to those whose
competence in the relevant fields (marketing and politics) is greater than
mine, but I wish people in the various techno-optimist communities would
stop going out of their way to actively harm our prospects.
