One can speculate about some initial state
completely symmetrical (and, I guess, with
some minimal entropy). Dunno if this state
can be defined as 'nothingness' or, rather,
as 'everythingness'. Dunno if there is a way
to postulate differences between the meanings
of the two terms (I hope so). But if the initial
state is a state of 'everythingness', it is less
difficult to speculate about its corruption
(breaking symmetry) in (its proper) time.
In this case, we should say that 'everythingness'
is unstable.
