Time and cooling are derived from negentropy anyway and space is tied up in the definition too, although it wouldn't be correct to say its derived.

Remember your argument only holds for computations that are not physically reversable. You can string reversable computations (RC) between irreversable computations (IC). RCs do not consume neg entropy.

input -> IC -> RC <-> RC -> IC -> result

Because the ICs have such a low probability of reversal and the RC's
are neutral, the whole computational path has a low probability of
reversal.
