How well do I know this.  30 years ago Eric Drexler and I figure out 
how to use any sort of moon or asteroid rock for heat transfer fluid 
with only a small vibratory ball mill to process it.

We might be able to sell a rocket based power sat project to the 
bankers and bureaucrats, but not space based industry.  Sorry
