I hope this clumsy typo gives heart to others who don't make their 
living by writing. I blame Xmas myself, which I spent tramping along 
a drained river bottom (the in-progress extension of the celebrated 
San Antonio Riverwalk) with my dear wife and our dog, and not a drop to drink.
