I suspect that the point is that it's more about transhumanism being a 
personal issue and not so much a singularity issue, which while the 
singularity will happen in due time, the issue of transhumanism will 
always be present, and this distinction is commonly portrayed 
as 'transhumanism by governments' and so on, ignoring the approach that 
could be considered generally represented by Max.
