Nice rant.  When you read it back, does it strike you as funny as it
did me?  Just last week I was getting coffee from the corporate
lunchroom and I overheard two interns discussing "natural selection by
differential survival of phenotypic variants" so I was not at all
surprised to see the same phrase in your own email.  :)
