Google News is making a not-so-subtle point to its English-readers,
whether they are in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, US, UK, ...

Notice under the Health section is one now fully devoted to news
from Myanmar (Burma), effectively highlighting its seriousness.
The non-English speaking versions do not have this extra section,
perhaps because those readers already understand how serious is
the situation there.
