I'm sorry to say that the way I was raised, it was more like "take 
your afterlife into your own hands and flush it" with one's own not 
at all challenging erection set. Drooling was feared as a 
consequence, however, in this life.

I fear poor Robert Pirsig has been hijacked off this thread.
