Yes millions of people believe in the power of Psy, and even more
believe in the power of prayer, it has far more anedoctical
evidence than Psy does. I have no burning desire for 
science to spend any more time on either phenomenon, because
a negative finding by science will convince no true believer,
not one, and it will just bore everybody else. In other words
they are both Bullshit.

Before you talk about developing something there must be
something to develop.
