There is no such implication in BillK's words above. What part of 
"extreme," "do, from time to time" and "suggestion" do you suppose 
imply "a logical connection"? At most, there's a mocking rhetorical 
gesture in that general direction.

By the way, some extreme libertarians *do*, from time to time, or 
even all the time. Larry Niven, for example.
