[ExI] Climate change as a false problem

To the extent climate change is affected by CO2, it is not the most
significant issue, not by a long shot.

The real problem is energy.

Long term energy solutions have to be carbon neutral simply because
there is a limited amount of fossil fuels.

If we don't solve the energy problem, the most likely effect will be a
substantial drop in the population of the earth due to the usual,
wars, famines, etc.

Fortunately there seem to be at least two ways to solve energy problems.

Unfortunately neither one of them is getting much attention.
