No, it just means "the concept of person" is not a noun, in fact no concept is.

If true then Existential Nihilism is a remarkably silly philosophy. You can't poke the number 42 in the arm because you wouldn't be able to find it, it possesses a size but no position; I doubt if you want to argue that the number 42 doesn't exist. You couldn't even poke a vector in the arm and in addition to a size a vector possesses a direction, but it still has no position; if vectors don't exist then physicists are in big trouble. Lots of important things have no position, when you really get down to it, I'd go so far as to say ALL important things.
