Wny, I have been on it for some five years, even though I must admit
it was originally a modified Atkins, and that a relatively moderate
supplementation (Resveratrol, Coenzime Q10, Ascorbic Acid,
Bioflavonoids, Carnitine, occasional Melatonine. Omega 3-6, some
DHEA...), as well as red wine, are also part of my regime.

Even though I have never been very partial to sugars and starch, my
subjective quality of life, immune response and general fitness have
definitely improved.

Too bad that the quality of meat, fish, poultry, eggs, roots, nuts and
green vegetables is not always what one would like it to be...
