It's about time.  Maybe now we'll see if this is just
loose metaphor, or if models of vector control and
similar epidemic-stemming measures can be
usefully applied to memes.  (Whether or not any
given meme should be controlled is another
question, especially since there is a negative
selection bias by those who do not yet have them.)
