Assuming you are speaking of the Prisoner's Dilemma, that would be
closer to the Anarchist strategy. Or perhaps the role of the
government in communism or socialism. I believe libertarianism is more
akin to the tit for tat strategy. According to Dawkins, this is one of
the most successful strategies.
