On page 302 of Isaac Asimov's autobiography " In Joy Still Felt" he describes the time he met Carl Sagan for the first time:


"He [Carl Sagan] was a 27 year old handsome young man, tall, dark, articulate and absolutely incredibly intelligent. I had to add him to Marvin Minsky and thereafter I would say that they were two people who I would readily admit were more intelligent than I was. "
