Page 30 is a summary of penetration depth vs. frequency and absorbed energy
(measured as SAR, or Specific Absorption Rate). Frequency-sweeping between
10 MHz (deep penetration) and 100 GHz (limited to ~ mm range) could achieve
adjustable, homogenous gross heat distribution (measured as SAR, or Specific
Absorption Rate) radially, but isometric near-field antenna design to
achieve homogenous heat distribution is left as an exercise to the reader
:).
