probably sometime in the 1940's. Medicare's overhead is unknown but
the claim it is 2% is laughable.

You are looking at a single-entity controlled system but for some
reason you think it's made of the good bureaucrats and the mean
corporate thieves. You are sliding on the surface of reality.
