More to the point, the neutrons would act a little like a fluid that had 
extremely high surface tension:  they would "want" to collapse into the 
smallest possible surface area.  In other words, they would ball up.....

Or at least, they would if they had protons.  No protons, and I suspect 
that there would be a quick exchange of mesons and something would go 
"Spung!!!"
