Why, I lose (or put on) weight very slowly whatever my dietary, lifestye or
training habit are at the moment - going Atkins and then Paleo really
changed my quality of life more than my overall look - so according to those
studies I would appear to be an ideal candidate to CR... :-/

Still, the idea of reducing my energy, resistance to cold, libido and
ability to think of anything else than food, has very little appeal me.
