Actually both of those are fascism and both are practiced in the US.  
Both hinge on the fundamental notion that government should be actively 
involved in the marketplace.  It is that notion that must be challenged 
to get rid of both evils.  If government has no power in the economic 
realm, except to enforce laws again initiation of force including fraud, 
then there is no government favor or power for any corporation to buy.
