the United States, because the growing wealth of nations means billions of
new customers for the kind of goods and services America ingenuity can
produce."

Why should America be intrinsically more ingenuous than other nations, and
why should they open their market to it unless it reciprocates, thus being
flooded by cheaper, better products manufactured elsewhere?
