You need to get to web page whose address is above, or on the bottom of 
every message from the list:

http://lists.extropy.org/mailman/listinfo.cgi/extropy-chat

There, scroll to the bottom and fill in your email in text field next to 
"unsubscribe or edit" button. You'll be asked for password, click "remind 
me" to get it via email.
