Looks like Pussy Riots in Germany you may end up getting a harsher sentence
than their colleagues in Russia:

What surprises me is that most Americans I speak with are persuaded that US
courts would be much more lenient in equivalent circumstances, which does
not correspond to what I can infer from  federal sentencing guidelines...

Any US lawyer care to comment?
