Reading about the fast draw competitors, the reaction times of the
best fast draw shooters is 0.145 seconds and they regularly draw and
fire  in less than half a second.
Watching the video of the world champion, you can't even see what he
does! He seems to just stand there, then a puff of smoke appears
beside the holstered gun.
