This is satire as its best. This is what any satirist lives for.


And like all good satire there is a deep point aimed back at us too: how 
do we know or trust anything either? News media can be fooled outside 
Iran too, and it happens fairly regularly. From New York Times to Social 
Text, checking that facts are true or at least arguments sound, is 
pretty hard.
