It may be better than you think.  Given uploading (expected), speedup
(seems hard to avoid), and that the speedup is on the order of a
million, then subjectively 20 billion years would stretch to 20 x
10^15 years, give or take a few orders of magnitude.

It is slightly unnerving to think that some of us reading this list
could experience 50 million subjective years before the end of this
calendar century.
