Cool, here's a fun little toy.  Someone went thru the census records and
mapped the high earning places with the not.

Some of the information is outdated, or is distorted by the shape of the
districts.  For instance, they show the lower end of East Palo Alto is low
income, but that isn't true now.  Everything below the 101 freeway is high
