(So, the cost of drilling has tripled in years 2002-2007, plus minus. 
Which is probably caused by growing depths of drilling and/or other 
factors related to accessibility? There may be plenty of oil in reserves, 
but it doesn't mean plenty of cheap oil. The page doesn't state this and I 
couldn't find elsewhere but I assume this is about US-based wells - TR)
