True. And I do occasionally use Tor when I really want to be anonymous.
But this is just talking about third party advertisers using cookies
to do behaviour tracking.

Although new browser 'fingerprinting' techniques are being tested to
do tracking without using cookies. (And ways round that are also being
developed). It's an ongoing war!  :)
