[ExI] How dangerous is radiation?

There is a mechanism that might account for the data on radiation and cancer.

It seem that virtually everyone has antibodies against leukemia,
except the people who have it.

It might be that a small or even a medium amount of radiation primes
the immune system against cancer.

Research into this would be cheap and easy, but not likely to be
funded since it goes against the popular grain of thought on
radiation.
