[ExI] Heroic Attempt to save a life

With all due respect how does attempting to cryopreserve the brain of an
elderly woman in poor health for years that was embalmed nearly half a
year ago make any sense?  The probability of any successful outcome from
this is extremely low.  Some people get to feel they "did everything". 
That is pretty much it as far as I can see.  How is this really "saving
a life" at all?
