[ExI] Strong AI Hypothesis: logically flawed?

There is similarity between the Wright Brothers and AI.

They knew that heavier than air objects could fly because they could
observe birds, bats and insects.

Likewise, AI people observe what we call intelligence in humans and to
some extent in animals.

If we can duplicate human brain circuits, there is no reason not to
expect intelligence to emerge.

That may not be the best way, just as flapping wings was not the best
way for humans to achieve flight.
