[ExI] A paranormal prediction for the next year

I do have a friend (who used to work with Ben Goertzel back in 1997), who
tries to use this as an proof of psi:

Seemingly intelligent people often can't grasp the basics of quantum
mechanics and they go to Deepak Chapkra (and the likes) to learn how QM
effects occurs in the mind and conciousness.
