Or they can hold a second referendum to "confirm Brexit", perhaps citing
"irregularities in the vote" (and marking Secret that the "irregularities"
are actually the post-election backtrackings, on the justification that
overturning Brexit will mend international relations therefore revealing a
possibly-cynical reason for the reconfirmation vote might cause Leave to
win again and thus harm international relations, one of the explicit
criteria that allows things to be marked Secret).
