### Cognition on statins was investigated, initially it seemed that they
were protective against dementia, then in larger studies there seemed to be
no impact at all (except for living longer).

I don't intend to read the book. I am not "divided". Find references to
peer-reviewed primary literature that support your contention, then we can
talk some more.
