Yes, exactly. Unfortunately, there aren't huge sums of money to be had by
providers of healthy lifestyles, so they're not giving doctors free
vacations or whatever to promote their products. And on top of that,
doctors don't seem to be well informed about what constitutes a healthy
lifestyle.
