[ExI] circumcision again

I don't think circumcision is helping out the child, it certainly hasn't
improved my life in any measurable way.

I would be okay with eliminating some kind of detrimental gene which would
cause defects or a short life. Doing something out of the movie gattaca and
making super humans though, I feel weird about. I might be alone in that
feeling, everyone else might say go for it on this list.

So for me, helping the baby by removing known bad genes is okay. Cosmetic
changes, or changes that don't prevent anything but actually enhance what
would be a fine human, I'm not sure about.

Once we have been assimilated with the computers, we hopefully won't even
need to worry about our penis or other birth defects anymore :)
