[ExI] scam

I got a call today from a 339, I think, exchange. Normally I never answer
but I looked at the number and the big caps above it that said:

ILLEGAL SCAM

The guy said he was from a home security firm and I told him what my phone
said and he hung up.

Now who put that warning there?  ATT?  Have any of you had this experience?
