[ExI] LIGO detects a third Black Hole merger

This one is the most distant yet, 3 billion light years, it was detected on
January 4 2017, 2 Black Holes of 36 and 29 solar masses collided and
resulted in a Black Hole of 49 solar masses with the missing mass going
into Gravity Wave energy:
