Ja, but my question wasn’t aimed at establishing this party or that party as dumb or smart.  Those kinds of claims come and go regularly.  My question is with regard to how you would measure it.  Only a tiny fraction of people will ever do an IQ test.  Those who do get those tests makes the sample unrepresentative and uninformative, and can be very misleading.

 

So how would you measure such a claim?
