I have 3 comments:

1) 800,000 people of non ethnic Danish background living in Denmark by 2060
doesn't sound like the end of the world to me.

2) I would be willing to bet that the people that made that prediction did
not take into account technological progress and imagined that the world of
2060 would be just like this one except perhaps with slightly better iPhons.

3) I agree that if you make living conditions for everybody within a
country so unpleasant nobody would want to live there (by providing crappy
health care among other things) then it would have the effect of curbing
illegal immigration, but I can't help but think there must be a better way.
It's rather like burning down your house to make sure a burglar can't break
in.
