Fluff piece. I’m skeptical they can do it that quickly and given current wrangling. I’m hoping private and also foreign efforts somehow overtake them in that timeframe. (Overly optimistic on my part too.)

I do like the gateway idea. I’ve liked since I’ve first heard about it. Of course, it means a larger investment up front.
