Had we no right to bear arms, that number would have been in the millions.
The right to bear arms protects Americans against the bad guys

That isn't happening anywhere else despite the fact that other countries
are populated by humans.

Just what is a militia in your opinion?  The name suggests to me an
organized group, like the Nat'l Guard.  All we have are survivalists and
the like.
