[ExI] A Chinese animated propaganda video

This short Chinese propaganda video is unusual because it contains more
truth than lies, and that's very rare for propaganda. Its depiction of how
the US got to where it is now is surprisingly accurate and complete, I
would estimate about 85%; if it had included China's shameful cover up of
what was happening in Wuhan in early December it would be close to 100%.
